You must be at least 13 years old to use Speakliv. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the service.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Speakliv offers Free, Starter, Premium, and Teams plans. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the AI coaching system, or use Speakliv for any unlawful purpose.
Speakliv uses AI to generate conversation responses, corrections, and feedback. While we work to keep this accurate and helpful, AI responses may occasionally contain errors and should not be treated as professional, legal, or medical advice.
All content, branding, and technology on Speakliv belong to Speakliv unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
Speakliv is provided "as is." We aren't liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Speakliv after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
